Rotational Grazing
We manage our pastures with controlled grazing rotations. Our livestock intensively graze each section for a short period, before they are moved on to fresh, clean ground and allow recovery time for the pasture to regenerate. The sheep, cows, chickens and turkeys do their magic on each section fertilizing, and providing aeration.
Rotational grazing provides the best conditions for quality, nutrient rich feed while contributing to long-term soil health.
The Market Garden
We plant in raised beds topped with certified organic compost and add natural amendments, that are kind to the ground, and provide nutrition for our quality produce.
